Abstract: In a packaging case for photosensitive sheet film comprising a light-shielding tray which receives a stack of said photosensitive sheet films and a light-shielding flexible cover sheet which is stuck in peelable state to seal the opening for taking out said stack, the improvement comprising that said tray is made of resin comprising 50 to 90 wt. % of a propylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer resin having a melt index of higher than 18 g/10 minutes, a bending elastic modulus of more than 9,000 kg/cm.sup.2 and a notched Izod impact strength of more than 2.0 kg cm/cm at 23.degree. C., 0.2 to 5.0 wt. % of carbon black and 9.8 to 49.8 wt. % of linear low density polyethylene resin.In the light-shielding tray of the invention, rigidity is secured by the propylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer resin, and troubles caused by this copolymer resin such as mold shrinkage, warp and twist of the product are overcome and remarkable lowering of physical strength by blending carbon black are attained by incorporating the L-LDPE resin.

Abstract: Hindered phenol amides are provided having the following formula: ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are hydrogen or lower alkyl having from one to four carbon atoms;m.sub.1 and m.sub.2 are 0 or 1; andn.sub.1 and n.sub.2 are selected from 1, 2 and 3; as well as stabilizer compositions for synthetic polymers and synthetic polymer compositions containing such hindered phenol amides.

Abstract: A sheet film package comprises a tray for storing a stack of sheet films and a flexible cover member peelably attached to the tray in covering relation to a film access opening in the tray for shielding the sheet films in the tray from extraneous light. By inserting the cover member into a cover member peeling passage defined in an image recording apparatus, the cover member is peeled off the tray to open the film access opening.

Abstract: A process for preparing diaryl pentaerythritol diphosphites by reaction of phosphorous trichloride, pentaerythritol and an alkyl phenol having the formula ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of tertiary alkyl having from about four to about eight carbon atoms and cyclohexyl; andR.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl having from one to about eight carbon atoms;in the presence of a catalyst selected from the group consisting of amines; quaternary ammonium salts; amides of carboxylic acids; amides of oxygen acids of phosphorus; ureas; thioureas; and quaternary phosphonium salts.

Abstract: A sheet film package includes a tray for storing a stack of sheet films and a flexible cover member peelably attached to the tray in covering relation to a film access opening for shielding the sheet films in the tray from extraneous light. The cover member is folded back on itself at one end of the tray and has an end portion which extends over the other end of the tray and which will be exposed from a loading device when the sheet film package is loaded in the loading device. The sheet film package may have a cushioning member disposed in the tray and composed of hollow air bags of a flexible material for pressing and holding the sheet films in the package member. A film loading device for loading the sheet film package therein include a light-shielding member for preventing extraneous light from entering a loading slot. The loading slot is closed by a pivotally mounted cover with the end portion of the cover member being led out of the loading slot.
