  • Publication number: 20150353382
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an apparatus for measuring hydroxyl radicals that measures hydroxyl radicals produced by irradiating a liquid to be treated flowing through a channel in which an ultraviolet lamp is arranged with ultraviolet rays, the apparatus includes a diverting unit, a reagent adding unit, and a measuring unit. The diverting unit has a diverting channel that diverts the liquid to be treated before being irradiated with the ultraviolet rays from the channel and part of which is arranged at a position enabling the liquid to be treated within the channel to be irradiated with the ultraviolet rays. The reagent adding unit adds a hydroxyl radical measuring reagent to the diverted liquid to be treated. The measuring unit irradiates the diverted liquid to be treated with the ultraviolet rays and measures the amount of hydroxyl radicals produced based on a change in the hydroxyl radical measuring reagent between before and after the irradiation with the ultraviolet rays.

  • Patent number: 9191575
Abstract: When a shutter speed in shooting by an image capture apparatus using an image stabilization apparatus is higher than a first predetermined value and lower than a second predetermined value which is higher than the first predetermined value, a shake compensation driving unit sets the movable range of a shake compensation lens to be wider than that when it is lower than the first predetermined value or higher than the second predetermined value. While providing an anti-shake capacity necessary for the situation, a phenomenon in which the shake compensation lens stays at a maximum driving position and degradation of the image quality caused by deviation of the shake compensation lens from the center of the optical axis can be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 9145267
Abstract: A transfer device equipped with a rotating body having multiple workpiece holding units that support a holding surface holding a continuous sheet member through suction that faces outward in the radial direction of the rotation body. Between adjacent workpiece holding units, arranged in the direction of rotation, the device is equipped with bed knives that produce single sheets by sandwiching and cutting the continuous sheet member in combination with a cutter member arranged to face the outer surface of the rotation body. The workpiece holding units pivot to follow the radial direction of rotation of the rotation body and modify the long direction face of the single sheets when the rotation of the rotation body takes the workpiece holding units past the position where the cutter member is arranged. At this time, the workpiece holding units are arranged so that part of the workpiece holding units passes over a bed knife.

  • Publication number: 20150172546
Abstract: This image pickup apparatus performs feedback control so that a position of a shake correcting lens converges to a target position. A LPF and a subtracting unit divide a shake signal into low-frequency and high-frequency components. An adding unit combines each output of a high-frequency LPF and a low-frequency LPF and output the target position. A pan/tilt determination unit determines a panning speed from the shake signal. If the panning is fast, the target positions of the low-frequency and the high-frequency are controlled to converge to 0, and calculation for the target position of the high-frequency starts before that of the low-frequency at the end determination. If the panning is slow, only the target position of the low-frequency is controlled to converge to 0. The pan/tilt determination unit changes a determination condition for the detection depending on whether it is at the handheld photographing or the static state.

  • Publication number: 20150172548
Abstract: This image pickup apparatus detects a shake and performs feedback control. A LPF and a subtracting unit divide a detection signal into low-frequency components and high-frequency components. An output of the LPF for integrating the high-frequency components and the LPF for integrating the low-frequency components are combined in an adding unit to output the result as the target position of the correcting lens. A HPF removes the low-pass components of the shake amount applied to the image pickup apparatus. A control switching determination unit switches a first control mode for performing an image shake correction by a signal produced by frequency dividing a signal after processing signal with the HPF, and a second control mode for performing the image shake correction by a signal that is generated by subtracting a fixed offset amount calculated with the HPF based on the shake signal and dividing the result into the frequency components.
