  • Publication number: 20050255225
Abstract: A meat extract is provided such that it contains no detectable microorganisms other than spore-forming bacteria and includes 60 mmol/l or more of phosphate ion, preferably 60 to 500 mmol/l, more preferably 70 to 500 mmol/l, and even more preferably 70 to 200 mmol/l. Also a process for producing a meat extract is provided. The process includes obtaining a liquid extract from a material containing muscle tissues or bone tissues of livestock; adjusting the phosphate ion concentration of the liquid extract to 60 mmol/I or more; and then sterilizing at ultra-high temperature (UHT sterilization).

  • Patent number: 5939625
Abstract: A fault diagnosis method and apparatus for a control system that includes a plurality of actuators and a plurality of sensors for controlling the operation of the actuators in accordance with the output signals of the sensors, wherein even in the case where a fault occurs in any of the actuators or any of the sensors constituting the nucleus of the system, the faulty point can be easily and inexpensively identified. In the fault diagnosis, the transmission characteristics between the individual actuators and the individual sensors are measured. On the basis of the measurements, a fault is decided on for all the transmission paths between the individual actuators and the individual sensors, thereby estimating a faulty point from the pattern of the fault decision of the transmission paths.

  • Patent number: 4151269
Abstract: A hairdressing preparation comprising at least one polyether compound resulting from the addition polymerization of 20 to 90 moles of propylene oxide to 1 mole of a polyhydric alcohol to form a main chain, and the subsequent addition polymerization of 1 to 10 moles of ethylene oxide to the resulting main chain, the amount of ethylene oxide being further within the range of 1 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide. The hairdressing preparation has good dressability, good feeling in use, good washability from the hair and wearing apparel and extremely low eye irritation and toxicity.
