  • Publication number: 20100221554
Abstract: Disclosed is a process for producing a polyamide resin film, wherein in a simultaneous biaxial tenter stretching method for simultaneously biaxially, longitudinally and transversely, stretching an unstretched film by gripping the widthwise edges of the unstretched film with clips, from the start of the transverse stretching until the maximum stretching magnification factor of the transverse stretching is reached, the longitudinal stretching magnification factor represented by the linear distance between the adjacent clips is prevented from being decreased by 5% or more of the maximum stretching magnification factor of the longitudinal stretching.

  • Patent number: 6783723
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for industrially stably producing a stretched polyamide film having uniform properties at a high speed. The polyamide film production method comprises the steps of: extruding a molten polyamide resin from a die into a sheet form on a rotary cooling roll having a roughened surface; pressing the sheet against the surface of the cooling roll with an air layer being present between the cooling roll and the sheet by blowing air onto the sheet from an air knife apparatus for cooling the sheet, the air layer having a widthwise thickness distribution such that an average air layer thickness Te in lateral edge regions of the sheet is greater than an average air layer thickness Tc in a middle region of the sheet; and biaxially stretching the sheet.

  • Patent number: 5928441
Abstract: A hot rolling method of steel products comprises rolling steel products while forming a film of an oxalate (such as iron oxalate, calcium oxalate and the like) on the roll surfaces which have contact with the steel products to be rolled and a hot rolling roll for steel products which has an oxalate film on the roll surfaces having contact with the steel products to be rolled. The oxalate film is effective in preventing steel products, particularly stainless steel products, from seizing between the rolls and the steel products to be rolled, preventing wear of the rolls, and preventing the deterioration of both the rolls and the steel products, when the steel products are subjected to hot rolling.
