  • Publication number: 20220033870
Abstract: The present invention relates to a production method for a recombinant protein, the production method including a growth reduction step of reducing cell growth of recombinant cells which express a recombinant protein and a production step of producing the recombinant protein by culturing the recombinant cells in a protein production culture medium in a state of reducing the cell growth, in which the cell growth of the recombinant cells is reduced in the growth reduction step by using recombinant cells having at least one modified morphogenetic regulator as the recombinant cells.

  • Publication number: 20190291777
Abstract: A rack axial force is estimated depending on a steering torque detected by a torque sensor and a motor actual current passed through an assist motor, a standard steering torque of the steering is calculated based on the estimated rack axial force, and the motor actual current is feedback-controlled by a FB control section in such a manner that the steering torque of the steering will be the standard steering torque.

  • Patent number: 6944934
Abstract: In the case of a small-sized motor of the present invention, a printed board to which an electric circuit including an electric element is attached is mounted on a case cover. The printed board has a soldering part to be connected to a member attached to an interior of the case cover for being connected to an electric power source supplied from an outside and a soldering part to be connected to a projection in a notch provided on an opening part side of the metal case to body-earth the electric circuit. In the soldering part for the body-earthing, at the time of assembling the motor, after fitting the case cover to the metal case opening part, a pair of electrodes are brought into contact from an outside of the metal case near the soldering part, to weld the soldering part by a principle of the electric resistance welding.

  • Patent number: 4896065
Abstract: A miniature motor comprising a motor case having a bearing on the closed end face thereof, a stator consisting of a permanent magnet, brushes and terminals; and a rotor fixedly fitted to a motor shaft in the motor case and having core windings and a commutator; the rotor being rotatably supported by the bearing; in which the rotor and the stator are adapted so that the balance of magnetic field intensity between the stator and the rotor becomes unbalanced structurally or magnetically, thereby causing the rotor to be biased within the bearing in a predetermined positional direction with respect to the stator.
