  • Publication number: 20020045784
Abstract: In a process for production of allyl chloride whereby allyl alcohol and hydrogen chloride are reacted in the presence of a catalyst and the resulting allyl chloride is distilled off from the reaction system, the by-production of diallyl ether is suppressed by lowering the molar concentration ratio of hydrogen chloride with respect to allyl alcohol in the reaction solution ([AAL]½/[HCL]).

  • Patent number: 6158113
Abstract: A jig for loosening electric wires of a wire harness passed through a grommet is disclosed. The jig includes a fixing-side clamping portion for clamping the one end of a wire harness, a guide rail extending in a longitudinal direction of the wire harness, a bearing slidably engaged with the guide rail; a lock portion for locking said bearing to the guide rail, a circular rotating member, supported by said bearing, for rotating the wire harness in a circumferential direction of the wire harness; and a movable-side clamping portion, integrally attached to the rotating member, for clamping the other end of the wire harness. The rotating member may have a spiral cam groove, and the bearing may have an engagement protrusion to be engaged with the cam groove so that when the one clamping portion is inverted, the rotating member can move in its longitudinal direction. The one clamping portion may include a rachet mechanism.

  • Patent number: 5846467
Abstract: A method and jig for loosing electric wires of a wire harness passed through a grommet are disclosed. A wire harness is clamped at the front and rear of a grommet. One clamping portion of the jig is rotated to twist the wire harness and thereafter inverted to loose it. Otherwise, the one clamping portion is moved in a direction of compressing the wire harness. The jig includes a fixing-side clamping portion for clamping the one end of a wire harness, a guide rail extending in a longitudinal direction of the wire harness, a bearing slidably engaged with the guide rail; a lock portion for locking said bearing to the guide rail, a circular rotating member, supported by said bearing, for rotating the wire harness in a circumferential direction of the wire harness; and a movable-side clamping portion, integrally attached to the rotating member, for clamping the other end of said wire harness.

  • Patent number: 5154896
Abstract: An apparatus for reaction between a solid phase and a liquid phase of the present invention allows a tubular reaction vessel accommodating the liquid phase that reacts with the solid phase bound to the inside surface of said reaction vessel to hold in the peripheral region of a rotating element inclined with respect to the horizontal direction and also allows said tubular reaction vessel to repeat a predetermined number of cycles, each consisting at least of the steps of rotating continuously said rotating element in the inclined state at a predetermined constant speed for a predetermined time and loading/unloading said reaction vessel for the rest time of the rotating element. Because of these features, the apparatus of the present invention makes possible to have a simple construction which can be easily handled and can continuously promote the reaction in a plurality of the reaction vessels under identical reaction conditions for identical reaction time at a series of time.

  • Patent number: 4454652
Abstract: A wire harness manufactured by a new method and a new apparatus is provided. A covered wire paid out from a selected one of reels is extended in a predetermined lay-out and fixed. The thus fixed wire is cut-off from the reel. Then, another wire is paid out from another reel for arranging it in a juxtaposing relation to the previously laid-out wire and cut off from the reel. After repeating the above steps, the arranged wires are tied up to form a wire harness. There is also provided a device which puts the above method into practice, thereby reducing complicated assorting work involved in the manufacture of a wire harness. A method and a device for automatically uncovering end portions of each wire of the wire harness and attaching terminals thereto are also provided to greatly increasing the productivity.
