[Solution] A thermoplastic resin film contains 70 to 97 wt % of a thermoplastic polyester resin component and 3 to 30 wt % of a polyolefin resin component. The polyolefin resin component contains one or more polyolefin resins selected from the group consisting of nonpolar polyolefin resins and polyolefin resins having ester-containing functional groups in side chains thereof. The polyolefin resin component is dispersed, in the thermoplastic polyester resin component, in a fibrous form having an average length of 5 to 300 ?m in a machine direction of the film, an average length of 0.2 to 5 ?m in a thickness direction of the film, and an aspect ratio of 8 or greater.
