  • Patent number: 10634574
Abstract: A balance inspection device includes a bearing housing in which a bearing supporting a rotary shaft is provided, a jig that is disposed on one side of the bearing housing in a direction of a rotation axis and houses an impeller in an impeller housing space formed therein, a spray nozzle that is provided on the jig and includes a tip opened to the impeller housing space, and a gas supply unit that supplies gas to the spray nozzle. The spray nozzle is adapted to spray the gas from the tip while the gas supplied from the gas supply unit has a circumferential component opposite to a rotational direction of the impeller.

  • Patent number: 10421154
Abstract: Provided is a method of welding a shaft and a wheel in a turbine shaft. A target surface with a hole is provided to any one of the shaft and the wheel. An opposed surface is provided to the other one of the shaft and the wheel. The opposed surface includes an opposed portion opposed to the target surface, and a non-opposed portion formed continuously from the opposed portion toward a center side while facing onto the hole. The welding method includes: disposing the target surface and the opposed surface such that the they are opposed to each other while establishing a state of surface contact; and welding them by beam irradiation from outside in a radial direction of the shaft toward inside in the radial direction thereof based on a condition to cause a depth of fusion to reach a position on a center side beyond the opposed portion.

  • Patent number: 9897106
Abstract: A rotary machine support device is used for supporting a rotary machine including a hearing housing with a flange and a rotary shaft. The rotary machine support device includes a support portion which supports the rotary machine. The support portion includes: a mounting flange capable of contacting the flange; and arms, each arm including a holding portion which holds the mounting flange and the flange together while pressing the flanges contacting each other inward from outside in the radial direction thereof. The holding portion includes a pair of claw pieces. In addition, at least one of the mounting flange and a groove portion formed between the pair of claw pieces is formed in a tapered shape, and the tapered shape is formed so that the width thereof in the opposing direction of the flange and the mounting flange gradually decreases outward from inside in the radial direction.
