  • Publication number: 20090127427
Abstract: It is an object of the invention to provide a form panel 1 doubling as a substrate for interior and exterior materials, in which a square-bar like substrate member 4 for interior and exterior materials is formed on a concrete framework after curing concrete. In order to attain the above object, according to the invention, longitudinal grooves 3 having a square U-bottomed cross-section are formed in a surface of the form panel 2. The square bar-like substrate members 4 for interior and exterior materials are inserted in the longitudinal grooves 3. While only the form panel 2 is removed after casting concrete, only the substrate material for the interior and exterior material is secured on the concrete framework part.

  • Patent number: 5311276
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting flaws generated in the cut edges of cut glass plates is disclosed. The light emitted from a linear light source (11 and 21) and transmitted and reflected by a glass plate (1) is received by a one-dimensional imaging device (12 and 22), and the flaws in the cut edges of the glass plate are detected by a discriminator (13 and 24) based on the output voltage of the one-dimensional imaging device. The linear light source and the one-dimensional imaging device are disposed in such a manner that the longitudinal direction of the linear light source and the arranging direction of the imaging elements of the one-dimensional imaging device are parallel with each other, and that the longitudinal direction of the linear light source and the arranging direction of the imaging elements of the one-dimensional imaging device are oblique to the travelling direction of the glass plate on a plane parallel with the glass plate.

  • Patent number: 4985075
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a chromium-bearing pig iron comprises the steps of charging cold bond pellets, iron ore and coke lumps into a blast furnace from above and blowing a gas containing more than 50% oxygen therein and tuyere nose flame temperature control agent into the blast furnace through the tuyere, the cold bond pellets being comprised of powdered chromium ore and powdered coke as principal feed materials. The cold bond pellets are manufactured by performing a mixing, a pelletizing and a curing step. The tuyere nose flame temperature control agent is a top gas, steam, water or CO.sub.2, which is used to control the flame temperature to 2000.degree. to 2900.degree. C.
