  • Publication number: 20230181277
Abstract: A drape connector system can be used to join different sections of drape material, such as different sections of compositionally dissimilar drape material. In some examples, a medical drape is formed that includes a first section of drape material, a second section of drape material, and the connector system. The connector system includes a receiving body defining a groove and a locking body insertable into the groove. A portion of the first section of drape material is positioned overlaying the groove, and a portion of the second section of drape material is also positioned overlaying the groove. The locking body is inserted into the groove thereby locking the portion of the first section of drape material and the portion of the second section of drape material in the groove.

  • Publication number: 20230183900
Abstract: A plunger-wash bag apparatus that has two components, a wash bag for receiving the dirty laundry, water and detergent and a plunger having a plunger cup configured to move up and down within the wash bag to agitate and wash laundry therein. The high level of agitation of the laundry up and down and along the interior of the wash bag effectively scrubs and cleans the laundry. Dirty laundry may be inserted into the interior of the wash bag along with water and detergent, and the valve cap may be placed over the valve opening to seal the valve. The plunger cup may then be inserted through the upper opening of the wash bag and moved up and down. The plunger may include jet apertures that cause the liquid within the wash bag to rush or jet therethrough and thereby more effectively wash the clothes therein.

  • Patent number: 11633520
Abstract: A tissue graft for soft tissue repair or reconstruction comprising a sheet of a biopolymer-based matrix having a plurality of small perforations and a plurality of large perforations. The small perforations are sized to facilitate clotting and granulation tissue development within the perforations which, in turn, facilitates revascularization and cell repopulation in the patient. The large perforations are sized to reduce the occurrence of clotting and granulation tissue development within the perforations so that extravascular tissue fluids accumulating at the implant site can drain through the tissue graft. The large perforations enhance mammal tissue anchoring by permitting mammal tissue to compress into the perforations increasing mammal tissue contact area.

  • Patent number: 11615244
Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein relate to identifying phrases in an electronic document, where each token is one or more characters. Phrases are formed from the tokens, based on a position of each token relative to other tokens in the document. If the horizontal space between two tokens is less than a threshold, the two tokens are identified as a phrase. Information identifying phrases and tokens can be stored in a marked-up document. Value phrases can be identified by the content of the phrase. Thereafter, a label phrase can be identified based on proximity to the value phrase and/or the presence of an association symbol in the phrase. The label phrase and value phrase can be identified as a label-value pair, where the label identifies the type of content in the value phrase. A reading order of the document can be determined through the use of a binary tree.

  • Patent number: 11588664
Abstract: A method for an asset tracking system is provided. An example method includes receiving data messages from an asset coupled to the asset tracking system and attempting to obtain asset information from data messages with reference to a local set of signal definitions indicating how data messages received from the asset are to be decoded into asset information. Upon failing to obtain the asset information the asset tracking system requests from an asset data analysis system the generation of a generated signal definition indicating how the data message of the outstanding type is to be obtained from the asset. The asset tracking system provides access to at least one undecoded data message of the outstanding data type to the asset data analysis system, receives the generated signal definition from the asset data analysis system, and adds the generated signal definition to the local set of signal definitions.
