Abstract: A cover for a portable toilet includes a front panel, a rear panel, two side panels and a roof panel arranged to fully span respective ones of the front wall, the rear wall, the two side walls and the roof member of the portable toilet. The roof panel has a window portion formed of a translucent material aligned with translucent material of the roof member of the portable toilet to communicate external light therethrough into the interior of the portable toilet. A lower panel of heat insulating material spans a bottom side of the portable toilet between spaced apart skid members on the bottom of the portable toilet. A strip of reflective material is also mounted on each of the front panel, the rear panel and the side panels.
