  • Patent number: 10402763
Abstract: Managing a manufacturer's business plan in real-time, a computer receives real-time quality data associated with a measure of component quality from supplier of the component incorporated in a manufacturer product. The computer receives real-time quality data associated with a measure of product quality from the manufacturer. The computer determines a statistical trend in the received supplier real-time quality data. If supplier real-time quality data exceeds a quality target metric for the supplier, exceeds a quality target metric for the component, or the statistical trend exceeds a threshold value, the computer analyzes financial impact to the manufacturer using supplier real-time quality data, manufacturer real-time quality data, historical quality data of supplier and manufacturer, and manufacturer's business plan.

  • Patent number: 9836586
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for user verification based on behavioral characteristics are provided in the illustrative embodiments. A set of questions is presented from an application to a user, where the user has not previously been asked the set of questions. A set of answers received from the user corresponding to the set of questions is analyzed. A score is computed using the set of answers. A determination is made whether the score matches, within a tolerance value, a base score in a psychological profile of the user. When the score matches the base score within the tolerance value, a conclusion is made that an identity of the user has been verified.

  • Patent number: 6520026
Abstract: A method for making and testing the thermal compression bond between a wire and a contact or terminal lead of a connector wherein the wire and contact/terminal lead are positioned between opposing electrodes, and a direct current is passed through the electrodes, wire and contact/terminal lead to make a direct attach thermocompression bond. Sample bonds are subjected to a peel test to determine if the thermocompression bonds are within specification. The peel test includes securing the contact/terminal lead, bend the wire 90 degrees from the contact/terminal lead, and applying force to the wire at a constant rate of pull until thermocompression bond is broken and the wire is separated from the contact/terminal lead. The peel force required to break the bond is then compared to a standard to determine if the thermocompression bonds are within determined specifications. Additionally, an axial pull test may also be performed.
