    Abstract: A combination electric toothbrush and water irrigation device that combines a battery powered water irrigation device with a vibrating electric toothbrush, both of which are housed in a self-contained compact hand-held device. The pump for the water irrigation device and the DC motor with an off-center weight are contained within the handle of the toothbrush. A slide out water reservoir allows the user to fill the extended handle portion with water. A flexible water inlet tube is capable of compressing when the water reservoir is in the storage position. A weight fixed to the end of the inlet tube causes the tube to bend via gravity enabling it to be in constant contact with water while the handle is held at various angles. An LED at the underside of the pump housing illuminates the water contained within the transparent water housing.

    Abstract: A rollator having an auto brake system made of a rigid frame assembly, a pair of forward facing swivel wheels, a pair of rearward facing non-swivel wheels, a pair of support handles, a pair of momentary electrical switches, a seat member, a back-rest member and a pair of electro-mechanical brake assemblies. The electro-mechanical brake assemblies are mounted on the frame assembly just above each rearward facing non-swivel wheel. The momentary electrical switches are mounted on the support handles. The brake assembly is actively engaged when the momentary electrical switches are not pressed and unengaged when the momentary electrical switches are pressed by the user. A preferred embodiment includes a pair of LED lights mounted on the front end of each the support handle, the LED lights being aimable by the user.

    Abstract: A sound emitting bowl assembly capable of holding liquid or solid food where a plurality of light emitting photo diodes and photo sensors are aimed at each other across the top plane of the bowl so that when a spoon breaks the plane of light, a message or melody, that has been pre-recorded and stored below the base of the bowl, automatically plays. Additionally, LED lights located on the outside of the bowl become illuminated as the message or melody is played. The photo diodes, photo sensors and LEDs are mounted on a separate bowl retaining assembly so that the bowl may be removed from the bowl retaining assembly for cleaning purposes and then replaced into the bowl retaining assembly for further use.

    Abstract: A mobility assisting walker device with a folding frame assembly, a pair of non-swiveling wheels, a pair of friction pads, a pair of support handles and a pair of lift arms is disclosed. The non-swivel wheels are mounted to the bottom front portion of the folding frame and the friction pads mounted to the bottom rear portion of the frame. The support handles are mounted to the top portion of the frame assembly. The lift arms are each attached to the outer slidable juncture of the frame. The folding frame assembly is capable of going from a narrow, storage position to a wide use position by a user raising or lowering the lift arms. The frame assembly configured to allow the user to have maximum stride capability while using the walker device. A preferred embodiment includes the friction pads are constructed from injection molded high sticktion TPE plastic.

The second hinge member connects the second shaft member to the third shaft member. The foot member is attached to the bottom of the third shaft member. The hinge lock assemblies are capable of automatically locking the hinges when the folding cane is deployed to the use position and each hinge lock assembly includes a spring biased slide tab allowing a user to unlock the hinge lock assemblies when wanting to fold the cane into a compact stored configuration.

    Abstract: An earthquake gas valve that uses a battery powered actuation mechanism to automatically close a gas valve when the movement caused by an earthquake is perceived. A gear motor is activated by a plurality of shake switches which in turn cause a motor driven radial rack to rotate. The rack terminates in a closure plug which obstructs the gas outlet opening and prevents gas from entering the house or office when an earthquake occurs. A timing circuit delays the activation of the closure plug to make sure that the motion has been caused by an earthquake and not by an accidental brief jarring action.

    Abstract: A dog collar light with An LED housing, an electronics housing, left and right-side knobs, a front lens, LED lights, a battery and an elastic attachment band. The LED housing can pivot within arms extending from each side of the electronics housing. The electronic housing also includes a fur guard to help keep fur from blocking the LED lights. The side knobs are used for rotating the LED housing up or down and are made of transparent material so that light can shine out from either from the front lens of the LED housing or from the left and right knobs. The LED lights are powered by a battery located within the electronics housing. The elastic band attaches to the electronics housing and holds it to a dog collar so that the LED lights can shine light onto the ground in front of the dog.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a walking stick made from a plurality of telescoping rigid tubular members. Locking joints at the juncture of adjacent tubular members allow the height of the walking stick to be adjusted. A resilient handle grip surrounds the upper surface of the top-most tubular member. A ball shaped top is fastened to the end of the top-most tubular member. The walking stick is capable of being used as an aid to help a person rise from a sitting position by placing the person's weight on the ball shaped top portion and using arm muscles to push up from the seated position to a standing position. In the preferred embodiment the ball shape is approximately three inches in diameter.

    Abstract: A portable electric tortilla warming device that allows a user to insert a stack of room temperature tortillas into the top of the device and for the device to automatically lift the tortillas, one at a time and insert them into an electric warming compartment, and once warmed, to deliver them into a receiving tray. The device is microprocessor controlled and once activated, allows the warming of multiple tortillas without human input. The tortillas are helped along by means of several motorized horizontal brushes. The tortillas are also caused to progress because the entire tortilla pathway is tilted at a forty-degree angle with respect to a table top. An exit gate prevents the tortilla from leaving the heating compartment until it is fully warmed.

The first and second panels each have a diamond shaped frame member at their distal end. The first panel has a hand grip at its proximal end. Flat holding brackets slidably retain the first panel and second panels. The second panel has a perpendicularly disposed handle portion. The frame retaining bracket is attached to the second panel at the lower end of the frame member so that a user can place the first and second diamond shaped frame members over a plastic sheet that covers a portion of poop and then slide the first panel backward to trap the plastic sheet and enclose the poop between the rear portion of the first frame and the front portion of the second frame.
