    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel bottom bouncer device. The device is designed to provide fishermen with lead-free bait at an elevated level above the bottom surface. Specifically, the bottom bouncer device is configured for a fishing rod and is both lead-free and weedless. The device comprises a round, brass rod with a split ring at the top and a snap swivel attached to the split ring. Further, the bottom nine inches of the rod may be turned down in a lathe to produce differing weights for the bottom bouncer device.

    Abstract: A secondary lithium-ion battery employing a prismatic battery can includes a cathode that includes a mixture of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide and a lithium nickel cobalt oxide in a weight ratio of between about 0.20:0.80 and about 0.80:0.20, and a current interrupt device. The cathode and current interrupt device are attenuated to trigger the current interrupt device when a voltage of greater than about 4.2 volts and equal to or less than about 5.0 volts is applied to the secondary lithium battery.
