Abstract: A storage and dispensing bag comprises a main body and a spout. The main body forms a cavity for storing contents to be dispensed into a bottle. The spout is connected to the main body and adapted for dispensing the contents from the main body into the bottle. The spout comprises first and second rigid, flexible members affixed to or embedded in opposing sides of the spout adjacent a distal opening. The first rigid, flexible member comprises a first end and a second end. The second rigid, flexible member comprises a first end and a second end. The first and second rigid, flexible members are adapted to each bend outward from the other when longitudinal force is applied at the first ends and at the second ends to cause the opposing sides of the spout to separate to facilitate dispensing of the contents.

The compartments can have shelves projecting from the back wall to accommodate the objects. The wall can be folded or rolled to close the back wall into the bag for carrying by the handles through hands or on a back of a user. A locking bar on a zipper enclosing the bag can be used to secure the bag to a locker.

Abstract: A bench press and sit-up board that is transformable into a sofa. By attaching a sit-up board to the bar supporting structure the backrest of the sofa is formed. The bar supporting structure can be reattached to the side of the body supporting structure to form the back of the sofa. Then Velcro attachments and pads, along with throws and pillows, can be attached to form an aesthetic sofa. This allows people having limited space in the home to keep a bench press in the home.
