A second passageway is defined transversely through the horizontal body and intersects the first passageway. The second passageway is at least partially defined by opposite openings in the horizontal body. The pivot body has a passageway defined transversely therethrough between first and second open ends, the second open end being connectable to an end of a vertical siphon pipe.
