  • Patent number: 6843844
Abstract: A process and method is disclosed for producing a cellulose modified aggregate cement. The process and method advantageously applies a fortifying solution to a dry cellulose material so as to enable substantially complete absorption of the vital components of the solution into and upon the cellulose fibers. The fortifying solution also imparts to and forms a mixture with the fiber so as to provide sufficient water for hydration and cure of cement added thereto, without the need to extract excess water therefrom, thereby preventing the loss of said vital fortifying agents from the aggregate cement formed thereby. Upon admixing cement into the solution treated fibers, a plastic mixture of concrete is formed, well adapted for pouring into press molds for the fabrication of lightweight, high strength construction forms. In an alternative embodiment, a means of forming a raw aggregate material, while simultaneously reclaiming submerged land is disclosed.

  • Patent number: 6195946
Abstract: A construction form for building an insulated concrete reinforced wall includes separable and independently usable lintel block and post block sections, made from injection molding Styrofoam. The lintel block section includes a channel extending horizontally and fully along its top portion. The channel includes multiple knock-out plugs within the bottom wall. The lintel block section also has multiple parallel and vertically spaced apertures with one end opened at a lower end, and extending upward to a closed end terminating at one plug within the bottom wall of the channel. The post block section is stackable with the lintel block section.

  • Patent number: 5924247
Abstract: A component of lightweight structural material to be utilized in the construction of a sturdy wall, the component being elongate and generally in the configuration of a rectangular solid whose height is approximately three to four times its width. The component involves a pair of elongate sidewalls, a pair of end portions, a bottom section, and an upper section. An elongate, trough-like recess is located along the upper section between the elongate sidewalls, and a plurality of elongate, generally vertically disposed apertures are disposed in an essentially parallel relationship below the trough-like recess. The upper end of each of the elongate apertures is directly below the trough-like recess, with the trough-like recess being adapted to receive and contain molten concrete, with some of such concrete being able to flow into and fill the vertically disposed apertures.
