    Abstract: A portable training device is provided for use by practicing kicking and/or punching techniques. The training device includes three sections which simulate an opponents head, torso and lower extremity regions. The device may be secured to a stationary object such as a wall or a stand. In addition, the device may be secured a sparring partner. Elastic cords may be used in securing the device to allow the various sections of the device to move relative to each other.
