  • Patent number: 8708198
Abstract: A dispenser housing that receives a refill unit including a container and pump associated with the container to pump contents from the container. The dispenser housing includes an actuator carriage moveable between a rest position and an actuated position. The dispenser housing also includes a lockout device moveable between an open position and a closed position. When the lockout device is in the open position, the actuator carriage is movable, and, when the lockout device is in the closed position, movement of the actuator carriage is blocked by the lockout device such that the actuator carriage cannot be moved from the rest position to the actuated position.

  • Publication number: 20060045518
Abstract: A system for supplying a processing solution to a printing device, such as a photographic processor or a printer, which includes a supply tank with processing solution or ink and a delivery system between the supply tank and a printing device. The delivery system has a retaining vessel with retained fluid, in the vessel, and a reference probe to signal a level probe when fluid reaches a predetermined level on receipt of a replenish signal from the controller for the printing device. The power supply actuates a three-way valve in order to flow a volume of the processing solution from the supply tank to the retaining vessel. A power supply receives the adjustable liquid level probe signal from the adjustable liquid level probe. Then switches the three-way valve to flow the retained fluid from the retaining vessel to the printer.

  • Publication number: 20050274271
Abstract: A method of reducing or eliminating dye build-up on tension rollers in a thermal printing system is presented. The thermal printing system comprises a station capable of depositing black dye on a media. The method comprises the steps of depositing the black dye on the media and processing the black dye prior to the black dye reaching the tension roller. Processing the black dye includes techniques, such as cooling the black dye, re-routing the black dye, and drying the black dye before the black dye comes in contact with the tension rollers.
