    Abstract: The firearms storage device provides a security rack of a clam-shell configuration enabling firearms to be secured via trigger guards. The device can be locked by a padlock or equivalent structure and the assembly obscures the way by which the device is secured to a fixture, the bolt of a locking device and its hinge pin. A two part base facilitates the use of the device in a number of different locations.
