Abstract: The present invention relates to a well tool 1 adapted to be centralized in a well. The well tool includes an angle orienting feature, for orienting the well tool 1, 50 around a longitudinal axis of the well tool. The well tool includes at least three wheels 3, 53 each adapted to define a wheel contact point. Each wheel extends from a longitudinal well tool body 6, 56 and is adapted to contact a well inner wall. The well tool 1 includes a swivel 28 adapted to allow the well tool to be attached to a longitudinal element 29 and to allow the longitudinal element 29 to rotate in relation to the well tool. The angle orienting feature is adapted to orient the at least three wheels 3, 53 extending from the well tool body 6, 56 away from a lower portion of the well inner wall 44 when the well is inclined or horizontal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pipeline pulling tool having an elongate housing. First and second roller wheel sections have at least two freely rotating roller wheels extending out from a sidewall of the housing. An attachment for a tool string is fixed to one of the roller wheel sections. A main section with a retractable propulsion wheel and at least one actuator for actuating the propulsion wheel between an extended position, out from the sidewall of the housing, and a retracted position, inside the housing, is located between the first roller wheel section and the second roller wheel section. A method of actuating a pipeline pulling tool is also disclosed.

Abstract: A downhole tubular sleeve valve includes a rotary coaxial valve sleeve with a plurality of circumferentially spaced sleeve flow paths extending through the valve sleeve. The valve sleeve is located inside a housing. A plurality of circumferentially spaced outer bores extend through the housing and can be aligned with the plurality of sleeve flow paths. A protruding ring surround each of the circumferentially spaced outer bores inside the housing and form a protruding sealing surface conforming to a ported surface in the sleeve. A chamber exposed to the pressure outside the valve is formed between the housing and the sleeve, whereby a piston formed by the sleeve is exposed to the pressure outside the valve. A tension element biases a sealing surface on the sleeve towards each of the protruding ring surfaces.

Abstract: A pulling tool for use in a wellbore or tubing for pulling cable includes a propulsion module having a main section and a propulsion arm hinged to the main section. The propulsion arm includes a complete propulsion wheel with a gear system. An electric motor is configured to drive the complete propulsion wheel via the gear system. The gear system may include a harmonic gear or a compound split ring epicyclic gear.
