Abstract: A bicycle rider waist harness and attaching means comprising a dual acting, isokinetic, combination chain and bungee arrangement connected to a bicycle frame for the to provide an adjustable means of attachment for a waist harness of a bicycle rider. The combination bungee-chain arrangement has the capacity to be fixedly attached to a bicycle frame and also is capable of being readily relocated to a more mechanically efficient location by means of a U-bolt assembly or similar movable attaching means. The open linked chain also provides an attaching means for a stretchable bungee cord having hooks or other like attaching connectors to allow for quick attachment and adjustment to the chain.

Abstract: An ergonomic, passive exercise apparatus with elements and attachments emphasizing benefits to the user's head, neck and back muscles. The apparatus is a chair to which an adjustable dual roller headrest is joined. The headrest is adjustable vertically, laterally, with each roller virtually independent of position and orientation with respect to the other. Adjustable drag to rotation and lateral movement is provided for the user to work against while exercising. in addition, removable, location adjustable pairs of disks may be attached to the axles or rollers. The disks extend outward from the rollers to engage the back of the user's head. The disks are of a resilient material and resist rotation of the user's head when in contact with the disks.

Abstract: A footcradle exercise apparatus and footrest having a base structure, a support assembly mounted for rotational movement with respect to the base structure, at least two support rollers mounted for rotational movement with respect to the support assembly, and a support member mounted with respect to said base structure. The two rollers are capable of supporting a base of a foot while the support member supports an Achilles tendon portion of a leg.

Abstract: Passive exercise apparatus with parallel bars for receiving the feet. The exercise equipment, or cradle, has extendible tubular construction wherein the distance between the parallel bars and the distance of the apparatus from the floor are adjustable. The cradle has attached adjustable-length straps which may be secured to the users feet to enhance the exercise. These straps are comprised of surgical-type tubing.
