  • Publication number: 20100273931
Abstract: Linear block copolymers that have at least one hydrophilic block and at least one hydrophobic block, wherein the hydrophilic block of the copolymer has at least one carboxylic acid functionality (or salt thereof) that can readily decarboxylate. These copolymers are useful as binders and/or dispersants in inkjet inks.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 3, 2008
    Publication date: October 28, 2010
Applicant: E.I. DU PONT DE NEMOURS AND COMPANY
Inventors: Kalindi Dogra, Kenneth Gene Moloy, Richard Douglas Bauer, David T. Williamson
  • Publication number: 20090069525
Abstract: The present invention is directed to compositions and processes that are useful in making organosilicon polymers, including cross-linked organosilicon networks. The invention is also directed to articles that incorporate the cross-linked organosilicon networks.
    Type: Application
    Filed: April 28, 2006
    Publication date: March 12, 2009
Inventors: Kenneth Gene Moloy, Lech Wilczek
  • Publication number: 20070211126
Abstract: An ink set is provided which produces a printed article having excellent physical durability. The ink set comprises a first liquid composition containing a reactive carbonyl group and a second liquid composition containing a co-reactive amine group, at least one of the first liquid composition and the second liquid composition further containing a coloring material. When the two inks are printed on a substrate in at least a partially overlapping arrangement, the reactive amine and reactive carbonyl species can crosslink to form a more durable image.
    Type: Application
