Abstract: An irrigation system for use with a spa includes a water heating circuit, an automatic water fill valve connected to a water source, and an irrigation pump in fluid communication with the spa through a first irrigation line and electrically connected to a power source through a switch arrangement. The irrigation pump is adapted to pump water to at least one irrigation head. The automatic water fill valve then refills the spa from the water source. The system may include a fertilizer injector, a skin-product injector, a water softener, and various sensors running through an irrigation application on a smart phone to control the irrigation system and operation of the spa.

Abstract: A stand for supporting a garbage disposal on a generally horizontal support surface includes threaded shaft with a platform at a top end thereof. A manually-actuable knob engages the threaded shaft to raise or lower the shaft and platform with respect to a base adapted for resting on the support surface and slidably receiving the threaded shaft therein. An alignment tool used for aligning a split retainer ring for receipt in an exterior ring groove formed around the exterior of a lower peripheral of a sink drain fitting may be included that works with the threaded rod and platform to facilitate installation of the split retainer ring on the sink drain fitting, providing dual use for the threaded shaft and platform.

Abstract: A cutting guide system used with a rotary cutting tool to cut a sink drain fitting in a sink includes a cylindrical sink collar having an open lower end with a radially-projecting lower edge. A cylindrical tool engagement collar at an open top end engages the rotary cutting tool, and at an outside surface engages an inner wall of the cylindrical sink collar. A rotary shaft engages a rotary tool chuck at a proximal end and has at a distal end a rotary blade mount for a generally circular rotary blade. With the tool engagement collar fixed with the rotary cutting tool, and with the sink collar fixed with the tool engagement collar, the rotary cutting tool is inserted into the sink drain fitting to cut through the sink drain fitting in a circular path. Spark arresters, a garbage disposable support stand, and a debris-catching bowl are further included.

Abstract: A tool for installing a retainer ring onto the lower portion of a loosely inserted drain fitting for engaging a mounting flange thereto includes a generally resilient tubular segment provided with a plurality of axially aligned and resiliently cantilevered peripherally adjacent strips within which the retaining ring is received in a compressed engagement seated on a shoulder of each strip. A threaded shaft extends through a bottom plate of the segment received in the drain fitting and then through the cup interior to axially advance the axially aligned ring carried by the strips. A platform for both supporting the threaded shaft within the drain fitting and for supporting a garbage disposal on a base is included.

Abstract: Slide-Secure is an invention designed to prevent an intruder from entering from the sliding glass door. The idea is two locking pieces of hard plastic in the door tract and frame of the sliding glass door way properly installed will prevent the intrusion of a outside entry going trough the sliding glass door way. This invention is designed for both upstairs apartment complexes with decks where the sliding glass doors are opposite not like the house sliding glass door systems. “Side-Secure” will also work on the non-commercial house residence sliding glass doors as well.
