    Abstract: A method, in a network device, of delivering a residential service to an electronic device of a user over a network. The method comprises receiving a request from the electronic device of the user to access a residential service associated with the user; and retrieving a unique Access Point Name (APN) identifier associated with the residential service of the user. The method continues with determining that the electronic device is authorized to access the requested residential service based on the unique APN identifier associated with the residential service of the user; and responsive to the determination, transmitting an access authorization for the electronic device of the user to access the requested residential service.
