    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a health kiosk system including, in an embodiment, a user-wearable device for interacting with the kiosk and with other remote entities to provide a workplace safety function. This function may include tracking user workplace safety parameters such as temperature, location and proximity to dangerous machines, conditions or areas. The wearable device periodically presents workplace safety messages to the user on a display of the device. These messages may be sourced from the kiosk or other source and may include workplace-specific safety messages, OSHA mandated postings, warnings, current status notifications and so on. In addition, non-safety messages such as plant event invitations and the like may also be interspersed among the safety messages.
