    Abstract: A dropper nozzle is combined with a shield member to form a dropper tip which prevents inadvertent contact of the nozzle during manufacture and use, thereby preventing damage to, or contamination of the nozzle and the contents of the dropper bottle to which the nozzle is attached. The shield is small and is intended to protect the nozzle from coming in contact with the eye, or any part of the face, and not particularly to aid in positioning or directing the drop.
