The distributing frame may include a first distribution portion having a first series of verticals, and a first series of horizontal shelves; a second distribution portion having a second series of verticals, and a second series of horizontal shelves, the second distribution portion being disposed generally parallel to and spaced apart from the first distribution portion; and at least one horizontal bridge between the first distribution portion and the second distribution portion to support interconnections between a shelf of the first distribution portion and a shelf of the second distribution portion. A portion of a first face of a portion of the shelves can be used for terminal blocks for connecting outside connector cables to the interconnections.
