Abstract: A tissue holder for a bicycle includes a hollow body in which a tissue package is placed. A center opening or side opening in the body provides access to the tissue package such that tissues can be removed individually without removing the secured tissue package from the tissue holder. The hollow body may have an open end via which the tissue package is inserted into the hollow body and a closed end having an aerodynamic shape. Restraining projections help to secure the tissue package inside the body. A contoured mounting adapter and adjustable means of attachment enable the tissue holder to be configured for various sizes and types of bicycles and bicycle tubes.
