  • Publication number: 20140231524
Abstract: A barcode scanner having a laser alignment indication mainly has an alignment light source module and a reading light source module. After the alignment light source module is aligned with a barcode, the reading light source module is started to read barcode information. After irradiating the alignment light source module on a luminance parameter adjusting barcode set, a user can further adjust light source intensity of the alignment light source module, thereby solving a defect that an existing laser indication barcode scanner is incapable of adjusting luminance of the laser indication light. Moreover, the laser light source in the present invention uses Class I lasers meeting safety specifications, so that the present invention meets user requirements and is safe.

  • Patent number: 8770485
Abstract: An actuation method of virtual laser barcode scanner, in which a light spot emitted from a laser module is formed into a linear laser beam, after passing through a fixed type refractive lens, for user to align to an one dimension barcode position. When the barcode is been reading, the laser beam is switched off and a linear CCD or linear CMOS receives directly the environmental light reflected from the one dimension barcode so as to finish the barcode reading. If the reading is failed, the laser beam is switched on again. As the ON-OFF of the laser module is faster than the speed of visual persistence of human's eyes, the virtual laser barcode scanner is used as if a conventional laser barcode scanner were used.

  • Publication number: 20100308115
Abstract: A laser barcode scanner and its execution method apply a ranging method by light to quickly measure a distance between the laser barcode scanner and a barcode, and using a signal processor for computing and converting signals, to automatically control a rotation angle of a rotating device, such that a width of a scanning light emitted by the laser barcode scanner can be adjusted at any time automatically. Therefore, when being used at a different distance, a proper intensity and width of the scanning light can be adjusted automatically dependent on the distance, so as to largely improve an access efficiency of the laser barcode scanner.
