  • Publication number: 20070266081
Abstract: A locking mechanism that is electronically managed or Hosted at a remote central location via the Internet or wireless communication network with conditional code validations. The remote management interface software resides on Host computer servers, which are in turn accessed and managed by Users through a common browser interface via the Internet or a wireless communication network via a wireless mobile device. The remote Host software provides a variety of robust options for the user of the local access point, to program multiple access codes with varying conditions of time, date and use occurrence limitations. Additionally, the Host software provides information, distributes codes, tracks and reports usage at the respective local access points. The Host interfaces with each unique local electronic locking mechanism at the respective local access location either via a web enabled device or a common PC based Internet browser or wireless mobile device.

  • Publication number: 20070247277
Abstract: A multi-compartment secure delivery appliance cabinet with an independent locking mechanism at each compartment that is electronically managed or hosted at a remote central location via the Internet or wireless communication network with conditional code validations. Remote management portal software resides on host computer servers, which are in turn accessed and managed by user members through a common browser interface via the Internet or a wireless communication network via a wireless mobile device. The remote host portal software provides a variety of robust options for the user of the local access point, to program multiple access codes with varying conditions of time, date and use occurrence limitations. Additionally, the host software assigns available cabinet compartments, provides information, distributes codes, tracks and reports usage events at the respective local access points.

  • Publication number: 20060068945
Abstract: A game court for play of a variation of basketball includes a substantially level and smooth surface, having rectangular shape and length and width of smaller dimensions than any standard conventional basketball court, and rings vertically raised from the surface and disposed adjacent each end of the surface, each of the rings having slightly larger diameter than any standard conventional basketball. The court is integrated with access measures to limit access to the court and participation by particular persons in games at any instant. A fence or walls (of a building, shed structure or the like) can cordon off a plurality of the game courts in a particular relative location, and persons allowed to access the courts, or any one of them, can be restricted to those authorized, such as those who are members of a league or membership club.

  • Publication number: 20030236138
Abstract: A method of authorizing participation in a game played on a substantially level and smooth surface, having rectangular shape and length and width of smaller dimension than any standard conventional basketball court, and rings vertically raised from the surface and disposed adjacent each end of the surface, each of the rings having slightly larger diameter than any standard conventional basketball, includes applying for authorization; reviewing to determine rejection or allowance; granting authorization only if the step of reviewing determined allowance; permitting entry for next participation only if and after performing the step of granting; and discerning the authorization prior to participation.
