  • Patent number: 6904775
Abstract: The invention provides a pair of cuff locks joined by a universal joint and linkage system which provides for 360 relative rotation between the cuffs as well as allow the cuffs to be folded together into a compact position. The invention further provides for a push button cylinder lock which includes a rotatable plug and a fixed plug each having a plurality of aligned bores for receiving one or more tumbler pins. The push button cylinder lock further includes a non-rotatable push button shaft which is sildably mounted within the housing. • Patent number: 6755054
Abstract: A cable locking mechanism for use in a variety of cable locks that includes one or more locking clamps, a lever arm, a spring that biases the locking clamps, and an actuation means that engages the lever arm. When a cable is inserted into a cable passageway of a cable lock, the locking clamps secure the cable and prevent it withdrawal from the lock body. To remove the cable, the actuation means is deployed to move the lever arm, which engages and displaces the locking clamps along a sloped surface. The displacement of the locking clamps widens the cable passageway, thereby allowing the cable to move freely in and out of the lock body.

  • Patent number: 4615191
Abstract: A barrel and cable type combination lock having clutches with changeable combination wheels mounted thereon. A grooved cable shackle is held in a lock position by balls engageable with the shackle grooves and the clutches and wheels. A barrel removable end cap functions to hold the combination wheels in place when the lock is operable, and upon the removal of the cap the combination wheels can be moved to create a new combination. Cap detent means cooperate with the cable shackle to hold the cap in position when the lock is in lock position and permits the cap's removal when the lock is unlocked.
