Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to generating a unified display of a present state of a bilateral organic contract associated with a transaction. In an illustrative example, time stamped electronic messages (TSEMs) may be retrieved from a dialog capsule exclusively between two parties to the transaction. The TSEMs may include, for example: an initial offer description for the transaction, a physical location related to the transaction, an acceptance of the transaction, and at least one bilateral conversation related to the transaction. The linear display may, for example, be a flattened display generated by placing in relevant portions of the display: the initial description of the offer, a visual indicium of the physical location, and contents of each TSEMs in chronological order. Various embodiments may advantageously generate a unified display memorializing a current state of the bilateral organic contract.
