Patent number: 10125529Abstract: A lever mechanism system includes push arms pivotably coupled to a vent sash and drive arms pivotably coupled to the push arms. The system includes gears coupled to the drive arms and a locking gear slide coupled with a locking mechanism of the sash. The system includes a handle that rotates approximately 180 degrees in a first direction to pivot the gear slide to move the locking mechanism of the sash to an unlocked position and rotates the gears to extend the drive arms and the push arms such that the sash is pushed to an open position. The handle radially rotates approximately 180 degrees in a second direction to rotate the gears to retract the drive arms and the push arms such that the sash is pulled to a closed position and pivots the gear slide to move the locking mechanism of the sash to a locked position.Type: GrantFiled: May 13, 2015Date of Patent: November 13, 2018Assignee: REFLECTION WINDOW COMPANY, LLCInventor: Kenneth R. Patent number: 10119317Abstract: A pump handle system includes a pump handle and a main shaft. The pump handle is operable to radially pivot from a starting position in a first pivot direction and back to the starting position in a second pivot direction opposite the first pivot direction. The main shaft is driven by the pump handle to rotate approximately a first half of a predetermined rotational distance in a first rotational direction a first time the pump handle is pivoted out from the starting position in the first pivot direction, and rotate approximately a second half of the predetermined rotational distance in the first rotational direction a first time the pump handle is pivoted back to the starting position in the second pivot direction. The main shaft rotates in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction a second time the pump handle is pivoted in the two-movement push-pull motion.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2015Date of Patent: November 6, 2018Assignee: REFLECTION WINDOW COMPANY, LLCInventor: Kenneth R. Patent number: 5921854Abstract: The roller and belt assembly for mounting on a spindle or drive shaft comprises a closed loop belt having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface having an engaging material thereon, and the outer surface having an abrasive or bussing material thereon. The assembly further includes a cylindrical roller having an outer cylindrical surface, having a longitudinal axis and having a resilient, compressible material attached to and covering the outer cylindrical surface. Sliding and engaging structure is attached to the resilient, compressible material which, when the belt is rotated in the first direction, allows the belt to slidingly rotate around and about the longitudinal axis of the roller and, when the belt is rotated in a second direction, the sliding and engaging structure engages the engageable material on the inner surface of the belt and prevents the belt from rotating about the roller.Type: GrantFiled: July 14, 1997Date of Patent: July 13, 1999Inventor: Kenneth R.
