    Abstract: The invention is directed toward a portable conversion table for a portable circular saw that facilitates conversion of commercial portable hand held circular saws into a table saw. It includes a work table with a working surface and a bottom surface clamping assembly which holds a portable circular saw, the table being provided with collapsible legs which permit the entire device to be broken down into a generally flat shape that can be easily transported.
