In some embodiments, the network management system may provide transmission control protocol handshake completion data to user devices. In some embodiments, the computing system also receives one or more attributes associated with the venue, user data associated with the user device, and connection data associated with communication between the user device and said external network resource.

Abstract: Techniques for positioning and setting a barrier within a well string are provided. In one embodiment, a method includes securing a barrier device at a lubricator extension of a lubricator assembly and positioning the lubricator assembly at a wellhead assembly having a wellhead from which a well string is suspended. The method also includes advancing the lubricator extension to advance the barrier device into the well string. The barrier device may be set within the well string to block flow. In one embodiment, the product dispensing system includes a dispenser (10) having a tubular barrel (20) with an open end (24), a solid stick product (12) disposed in the barrel (20), and a moveable platform (40) disposed in the barrel (20) for supporting and dispensing the product (12) through the open end (24). The platform (40) includes a plurality of spaced apart indicator protrusions (100) extending outwards from the platform (40) forming interstitial spaces holding a reserve amount of product. After repeated uses of the dispenser, the protrusions (100) eventually emerge from the top of the stick product (12) signaling the user that one or a few additional applications remain. This allows the user to purchase another dispenser in advance to avoid running out of product. In one embodiment, the product may be a deodorant/anti-perspirant.

Abstract: A method of improving the efficiency of a diesel engine provided with a source of diesel fuel includes the steps of: a) adding to the diesel fuel a reverse-micellar composition having an aqueous first disperse phase that includes a free radical initiator and a first continuous phase that includes a first hydrocarbon liquid, a first surfactant, and optionally a co-surfactant, thereby producing a modified diesel fuel, and b) operating the engine, thereby combusting the modified diesel fuel. The efficiency of a diesel engine provided with a source of diesel fuel and a source of lubricating oil can also be improved by modifying the lubricating oil by the addition of a stabilized nanoparticulate composition of cerium dioxide. The efficiency of a diesel engine can also be improved by adding to the diesel fuel a reverse-micellar composition that includes an aqueous disperse phase containing boric acid or a borate salt.
