    Abstract: A roll holder for holding a stack of toilet rolls for sequential access by a user. The chamber for holding the rolls includes a pivotal member which holds the stack separate from the roll from which paper is being dispensed.In one embodiment of the invention access to the actuator for the pivotal member is blocked until the roll from which paper is being dispensed has finished and is removed.
