  • Publication number: 20070249222
Abstract: A coaxial panel comprising a frame and a designation tray slidably coupled to the frame is disclosed. The designation tray is movable between an open position and a closed position. The designation tray includes at least one designation space visible when the tray is in a closed position and includes at least two designation spaces that are visible when the designation tray is slidably moved to an open position, the two designation spaces being on different faces of the designation tray. A method comprising providing a movable tray with a front designation visible from a front of the tray when the tray is in a closed position and sliding the tray from the closed position to an open position to expose a side designation is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070099498
Abstract: A coaxial connection assembly including a coaxial jack. The jack is positioned within a longitudinal opening of a housing. The first end of the jack extends through a first end of the housing and the second end of the jack extends through a second end of the housing. The jack may only be inserted within and removed from the housing through the first end and may be held within the opening by a catch. Rotation of the jack within the opening is prevented. The housing includes a mounting flange extending away from the longitudinal opening. The flange may be adjacent the first end of the housing, and may include an opening for receiving a fastener. Sidewalls may extend from the flange toward the second end.

  • Publication number: 20070082556
Abstract: A housing for a coaxial jack including an opening for receiving the jack, the opening including a guide for preventing rotation of the jack within the opening. The housing also includes a stop to limit sliding of the jack within the opening and a flange extending from an outer surface. An outer face opposite the flange includes a ridge and a groove. A housing for coaxial jacks includes a pair of openings for receiving jacks. Each opening includes a guide to prevent rotation and a stop to limit sliding of the jack within the opening.

  • Publication number: 20060240703
Abstract: A looping plug for use with coaxial telecommunications jacks to loop the signal between a pair of adjacently mounted jacks. The loop plug includes a molded non-conductive housing which fits about a pair of identical die cast, conductive, inner housing halves. A pair of outer conductive barrels are mounted to and extend from the inner housing. The barrels are spaced apart to accommodate the spacing of the jack pair to be engaged. A continuous center conductor extends between and within the two conductor barrels and is electrically isolated from the barrels. The barrels and the center conductor may be of either gender as required to engage the jack pair.
