  • Patent number: 11078977
Abstract: A brake assembly has an auto-adjustment mechanism including an adjusting link that is rotatable to adjust an unloaded state position of a brake shoe, and an adjusting lever that operates to rotate the adjusting link during a release of the braking assembly to adjust the unloaded state position of the brake shoe. The auto-adjustment mechanism includes a pivot point mounted on a brake back plate about which the adjusting lever rotates, and an adjusting spring attached to the adjusting lever. The adjusting lever rotates in a first direction against the spring force when the brake assembly is actuated, and the adjusting spring by operation of the spring force rotates the adjusting lever in a second direction when the brake assembly is released. During the brake release, as the adjusting lever rotates back the adjusting lever catches the adjusting link in a ratchet fashion to rotate the adjusting link to adjust the unloaded state position of the brake shoes.

  • Patent number: 10794459
Abstract: An example hydrostatic transmission includes (i) a motor section having a motor interface; (ii) a pump section configured to generate fluid flow, where the pump section comprises a pump interface having a first pump port to provide fluid flow therethrough and a second pump port to receive returning fluid flow therethrough; and (iii) an interface block coupled to the motor interface and coupled to the pump interface so as to couple the pump section to the motor section, where the interface block includes internal fluid passage to facilitate fluid communication between the pump section and the motor section.

  • Patent number: 9784107
Abstract: A hydraulic geroller (gerotor) motor, wherein an inner rotor of a revolving group has a plurality of lobes circumferentially spaced along an outer periphery of the inner rotor, and an orbiter of the revolving group includes an orbiting ring and rounded vane portions preferably formed by roller vanes contained in inner recesses of the orbiting ring for common orbiting with the orbiting ring about the fixed longitudinal axis. The orbiter also has fixed for orbiting therewith, fluid windows for directing fluid from the fluid ports to the revolving group. The windows may be formed in an integral portion of the orbiter or in a valve plate mounted for common orbiting with the orbiting orbiter. The valve plate cooperates with a stationary commutator plate or assembly to provide an efficient arrangement for the delivery and exhaust of hydraulic pressure fluid to and from the hydraulic motor.

  • Patent number: 6422346
Abstract: In a gas compressor having a crankcase rotatably supporting a drive shaft connected to and adapted for operating compression generating structure of the compressor, the shaft being connected to an electrical motor for being driven thereby in either rotational direction, and the shaft having an oil passage formed generally longitudinally therein for conveying lubricating oil to various portions of the compressor, unique oil pump structure having from one to about six slots formed generally radially thru a portion of the shaft and communicating with the oil passage, an elongated vane slidably mounted in each slot for movement both longitudinally and laterally thereof to provide an oil conduit alongside each of the vanes regardless of the direction of rotation of the shaft, a wall slidably enclosing the shaft portion and having a circular inner surface eccentrically positioned with respect to the shaft portion such that a small vertical segment of the inner surface lies adjacent the shaft portion to thereby prov
