Patent number: 9144779Abstract: A system and method for custom coloring sealant is generally provided with one or more dispensing cartridges, containing a quantity of low viscosity sealant base solution, which in some embodiments is as fluid, or more-so, as common latex paint. One or more such dispensing cartridges are secured within a cartridge case. A coloring agent is added to the dispensing cartridge. The system may then be agitated by hand or in a mechanical agitator, such as a commercial paint shaker, until a desired color is attained. The sealant thickener may then be added and mixed by similar agitation of the system to obtain a non-sag, high viscosity sealant. Embodiments of the cartridge case are provided for use with various mechanical agitators and dispensing cartridges.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2014Date of Patent: September 29, 2015Assignee: SASHCO, INC.Inventors: Wayne Summons, Elliot Summons, Kenneth W. Atkinson, Daniel P. Lewis, Scott G. Bohm, Mark Niiro, Jeremy Yunge

Patent number: 4181309Abstract: A method of practicing and teaching golf comprises the step of projecting a golf ball into a ball hitting zone during a player's swing of a golf club, while the head of the club is approaching the hitting zone. The ball is projected to arrive in the hitting zone, in the path of the club head, immediately prior to sweep of the head into the zone. The apparatus for practicing and teaching golf comprises a station which provides a hitting zone through which the head of a golf club is swept by a player performing golf swings. A projection device is operable during the player's club swing, while the club head approaches the hitting zone, to strike a ball and thus pop it quickly into the zone in the path of the club head when the head sweeps into the zone.Type: GrantFiled: August 26, 1977Date of Patent: January 1, 1980Assignee: Kenneth W.
