    Abstract: A method and user terminal are provided that analyze social media by assembling a cluster of multiple social media contents, wherein each social media content of the multiple social media contents has one or more associated attributes, determining weights in association with the social media contents included in the cluster, and determining a reliability level of the cluster based on the determined weights. In various embodiments, determining weights may include determining a weight associated with each of one or more attributes shared by two or more of the multiple social media contents of the cluster and/or determining a social media content weight for each of two or more social media contents sharing an attribute. In still other embodiments, the method and user terminal may re-determine the reliability level in response to adding new social media content to the cluster.

The method and user terminal display, via a display screen, a multi-dimensional graphical representation of a search query space, receive a plurality of parameters from a user, wherein the parameters define the search query space, position a multi-dimensional icon in the multi-dimensional representation of the search query space, associate one or more of a keyword and multimedia content with the icon, and generate a search query based on the keyword and the position of the icon in the multi-dimensional representation of the search query space. The method and user terminal further may graphically display the results of the corresponding database search, wherein the retrieved content is displayed as one or more icons positioned in a multi-dimensional graph having a plurality of axes associated with the plurality of parameters defining a context of the search query.

A mobile recorder (mDVR) will choose a particular mobile/intermediary upload point(s) based on a probability that the mobile upload point(s) will return to a connected upload point to upload the transferred DME.

The processor can execute a conflict resolution process (133) to resolve conflicts among stakeholder requirements such as arbitrating among at least two of the stakeholders.     Abstract: A radio communication device menu system includes a memory (232) storing menu items. A controller (220) is coupled to the memory. A user controlled input (106) is coupled to the controller for manually inputting control signals to the controller. A display (108) is also coupled to controller to display signals from the controller. The memory includes a short menu and an extended menu. The controller is responsive to a predetermined actuation pattern of the user controlled input to select one of the extended and short menus as the active menu, and for scrolling through the selected one of the short and the extended menus. According to another aspect of the device, the user controlled input includes a clear key which is held for a first predetermined time period to return to a higher level in the active menu and the clear key is held for a second predetermined time period to exit the active menu.
