The formulation has an ultra-violet light inhibitor which absorbs ultra-violet light emissions. The formulation also has a polymer providing a protective layer against odor causing molecules. And the formulation has a quaternary ammonium for eliminating odors and serving as a liquid chemical carrier for other formulation components.
