    Abstract: The present invention teaches a method and device for cooling the pool water efficiently and effectively during the warm days for a comfortable use of a pool. A mechanically detachable pool water cooling device is configured to an existing circulation or filtration infrastructure in the pool. The water cooling device includes a uniquely designed water splashing and mist generating nozzle, mechanisms to increase or decrease the height of the device, and a manual or remote control for run and stop operation for the device. Configuring the pool water cooling device to an existing circulation or filtration infrastructure eliminates the need for any additional source of energy to operate the water cooling device. The utility of the present invention extends to numerous residential, and commercial applications.
