The air sterilizer includes a case having a suction port and a discharge port of air, a sterilizer arranged inside the case and sterilizing or inactivating bacteria or viruses in air inside the case, and an airflow generator generating an airflow that directs air containing at least an exhalation of a person in a space outside of the case to the suction port.
