  • Publication number: 20240011574
Abstract: There is provided a valve capable of reducing valve leakage. The valve includes: a valve housing in which ports through which a fluid passes are formed; a valve body configured to be driven by a drive source; a valve seat on which a contact portion of the valve body is seated; and biasing members for biasing the valve body in a valve closing direction. The valve seat is formed of an elastic member.

  • Publication number: 20230288110
Abstract: To provide a valve capable of suppressing contamination from being caught between a fixed iron core and a rod. The valve includes: a valve housing; a valve body; a valve seat having the valve body seated thereon; a drive source for driving the valve body by a rod; and an urging member for urging the valve body in a direction opposite to a driving direction of the drive source. One of the valve body and the rod includes a guide concave portion which guides remaining one of the valve body and the rod in a relative fitting direction.

  • Publication number: 20230280075
Abstract: An expansion valve having a high valve opening adjustment accuracy includes: a valve housing which is provided with an inlet port allowing a refrigerant from a condenser to pass therethrough and an outlet port allowing a refrigerant toward an evaporator to pass therethrough; a valve body which is driven by a solenoid; a valve seat on which the valve body sits; and an urging member configured to urge the valve body in a valve closing direction, a space is formed on a valve opening direction side of the valve body, and the refrigerant on the valve closing direction side in relation to the valve body flows into the space.

  • Patent number: 11598437
Abstract: A capacity control valve includes a valve housing discharge, port, a suction port, and control ports, and a valve element to be brought into contact with and separated from a valve seat by a driving force of a solenoid to open and close a communication between the control and discharge ports or communication between the control port and the suction port. A sliding region is formed by an inner peripheral surface of the valve housing and an outer peripheral surface of the valve element, a groove extending in a circumferential direction is formed in at least one of the housing inner peripheral surface of the valve housing and the outer peripheral surface of the valve element, and the sliding region has a structure in which a swirling current is generated in the groove by fluid flowing from a high-pressure side to a low-pressure side in a clearance between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the valve element.
