Publication number: 20250042060Abstract: A manufacturing method can be carried out using simple equipment and makes it possible to efficiently manufacture many continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheets in a short period of time. The above problem is overcome by a method for manufacturing a continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet including: an impregnation step for impregnating continuous fiber with a thermoplastic resin solution containing a halogen-containing organic solvent and a thermoplastic resin containing at least one resin from among polycarbonate resins and polyarylate resins; and a solvent removal step for removing, under exposure to IR radiation, the halogen-containing organic solvent from the continuous fiber impregnated with the thermoplastic resin solution. In the solvent removal step, the distance between a heater for emitting the IR radiation and the continuous fiber is 400 mm or less, and the temperature of a heating element for radiating the IR radiation in the heater is 260° C. or higher.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 28, 2022Publication date: February 6, 2025Applicant: MITSUBISHI GAS CHEMICAL COMPANY, INC.Inventors: Kohei YOSHIYA, Kensuke INOUE

Publication number: 20240148618Abstract: Provided is a Prussian blue dispersion for cosmetics excellent in dispersion stability, color-developing properties (high chroma), and storage stability, and a cosmetic in which the Prussian blue dispersion is blended, the cosmetic being suitable for makeup cosmetics such as eyeshadows, eyeliners, eyebrow pencil, and mascaras. Further provided is a green liquid cosmetic excellent in green color developing properties (high chroma) and dispersion stability, the cosmetic being suitable for makeup cosmetics such as eyeshadows, eyeliners, eyebrow pencil, and mascaras. The Prussian blue dispersion for cosmetics of the present disclosure includes at least Prussian blue, a water-soluble basic substance, and water. The cosmetic of the present invention is formed by blending the Prussian blue dispersion. Further, the green liquid cosmetic is obtained by blending the Prussian blue dispersion with a red iron oxide dispersion of red color having a specific property.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 16, 2022Publication date: May 9, 2024Applicant: MITSUBISHI PENCIL COMPANY, LIMITEDInventors: Kensuke INOUE, Takayuki HAYAKAWA, Satoshi SAKUMA

Publication number: 20230398055Abstract: A marker composition suitable for skin may use a dye with good color development, which is capable of preventing color separation and also preventing absorption of the dye into the skin or the like. Such a marker composition may contain at least 1 to 5 mass % of an acid dye, an aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer, a water-soluble organic solvent, and water. The pH may be lower than 7.0. The aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer may be a copolymer polymerized from monomers selected from Group A (ethyl (meth)acrylate, methyl (meth)acrylate, n-propyl (meth)acrylate, and the like) and from Group B (2-(dimethylamino)ethyl (meth)acrylate, 2-(diethylamino)ethyl (meth)acrylate, and 3-(dimethylamino)propyl (meth)acrylate) respectively, and a ratio of the monomer of the group B may be 2 to 20 mass % in the copolymer.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 22, 2021Publication date: December 14, 2023Applicant: MITSUBISHI PENCIL COMPANY, LIMITEDInventors: Kensuke INOUE, Wataru SAGAWA, Hisato HAGA

Patent number: 10507684Abstract: A writing implement is provided which is designed to draw lines using capillary action, wherein the width of the line can be freely adjusted while the line is being drawn and it is possible to draw lines of almost the same width at the beginning of the use of the writing implement as at the end of use. A felt-tip pen 1 is provided with an ink reservoir 11, a collector 17, and a core 29 for drawing by capillary action the ink that has been dispensed by the collector 17, dispensing the drawn ink from the tip, and adhering same to a paper surface. Even in repetitive writing, the rate of variability in the width of the lines drawn at the end of use with respect to the width of lines drawn at the beginning of use is 10% or less.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 2016Date of Patent: December 17, 2019Assignee: MITSUBISHI PENCIL COMPANY, LIMITEDInventors: Tooru Nakajima, Yusuke Kobayashi, Kensuke Inoue, Kazuhiko Furukawa

Patent number: 5838690Abstract: In a network, an inter-network connection unit is connected to perform transmission of data between the network and another network. The inter-network connection unit is furthermore connected to a multiplexer. Between the multiplexer and another multiplexer to which an inter-network unit installed in the other network is connected, data transmission is performed via a multiplex line. The multiplexer changes the communication capacity of a communication line connecting the inter-network connection unit to the multiplexer in accordance with the data transmission quantity between the multiplexer and the inter-network connection unit connected thereto and dynamically changes the communication band assigned to the inter-network connection unit in accordance with the change of the communication capacity.Type: GrantFiled: November 12, 1996Date of Patent: November 17, 1998Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Hideaki Kano, Kensuke Inoue, Naoki Ono

Patent number: 4453210Abstract: A multiprocessor information processing system has an additional function to detect a fault occurring in a processor. A counter is provided for each of a plurality of processors for holding an associated fault supervising code. The code stored in the associated counter is periodically updated by the associated processor while the update status of the code is supervised on a cycle longer than the cycle of the updating period. If a fault occurs in one of the processors, the fault supervising code corresponding to that processor will not be updated. Thus, the faulty processor can be detected by periodically supervising the update status of the fault supervising code. The supervising operation can be carried out by software or hardware.Type: GrantFiled: April 15, 1980Date of Patent: June 5, 1984Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Taihei Suzuki, Kensuke Inoue
