    Abstract: A waterproof footwear includes a neoprene sock having a floor region and a side wall extending upward therefrom terminating in an upper edge. An outer rubber layer is bonded to and covers the entire outer surface of the neoprene sock side wall. A rubber floor portion covers the floor region of the neoprene sock and an outsole is attached to the rubber layer.
