The device implements a continuous track system for providing additional tractive area and reducing or eliminating getting stuck on uneven surfaces, and may include a motorized mechanism for providing driving force. The tracked stroller device allows a user to take a baby or young child with them without carrying the baby or young child. The device may be collapsible for ease of storage and transporting and may incorporate a storage area to allow for transporting of other items. A braking system may also be implemented to slow down the device or keep it parked.
