Abstract: A beverage holder that can be attached to a surface and repositioned. The holder has a c-shaped clamp portion. The lower jaw portion of the clamp has an aperture receiving a plunger member. The plunger member has a proximal end enlarged head portion. A compressible spring is positioned around the plunger member. A flange is attached to the distal end of the plunger member. A non-slip pad is attached to the upper surface of the flange and the upper jaw portion of the c-shaped clamp. A base portion and circumferential ring are attached to the vertical portion of the c-shaped clamp. A cup or beverage container can be accommodated by the base and circumferential ring. In use the plunger is retracted compressing the spring and allowing attachment beverage holder to a surface.
