    Abstract: The present inventors investigated the antitumor effects of anti-IL-6 receptor antibodies against prostate cancer. The result showed that the anti-IL-6 receptor antibodies had both in vivo and in vitro antitumor effects against prostate cancer. It was also revealed that the hPM1 antitumor effect is via IL-6 receptor.
